Pittsburgh Penguins GM Kyle Dubas has once again poached a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs for his new team. Dubas has taken several of them since being named GM and President of Hockey Operations in Pittsburgh, the latest being a member of the coaching staff.

According to Chris Johnston, Dubas has hired Jon Elkin has the team's Director of Goaltending. Elkin was most recently the head of Goaltending Evaluation and Development for the Leafs.

Dubas has taken a number of former Leaf staffers with him to Pittsburgh, including Jason Spezza, who resigned from Toronto when Dubas left.

Surprisingly, Dubas did not take head coach Sheldon Keefe to Pittsburgh with him. The two have been good friends for a long time. Keefe recently signed an extension with the Maple Leafs
