Calgary Flames name new head coach

This off-season, the Calgary Flames have seen a lot of changes, after missing the playoffs. First, they hired a new general manager in Craig Conroy and now they've found their man behind the bench.

According to Kevin Weekes of ESPN, The NHL Network and TSN, the Flames have hired Ryan Huska to be their next head coach; take a look.

Huska, 47, is a product of the Flames AHL coaching system and has been an assistant with the Flames since 2018.

The announcement is expected to be made official on Monday at a team press conference introducing Huska as the next head coach.
