The Minnesota Wild are gearing up for the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs and were on the ice on Saturday in preparation for Game 1 against the Dallas Stars.

The Stanley Cup Playoffs are a fresh start for all 16 teams as they vie for hockey greatest prize. Only 16 wins separate the teams from hoisting the Stanley Cup after a tough two month grind. Some players and goaltender around the league use this as an opportunity to test out new gear and that's exactly what Marc-Andre Fleury is doing.

During practice, Wild goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury debuted all-new gear, doing away with his gold look for an all-green set with gold accents. While Fleury's gold set was very popular, not only from Wild fans, but all hockey fans, his new green pads are much tamer and will look really sharp with Minnesota's home uniforms.

Minnesota will open up their first round Stanley Cup Playoff series on Monday night in Dallas against the Stars. Puck drop is set for 9:30 p.m. ET.
