According to CapFriendly, the Nashville Predators have placed forward Jachym Kondelik on unconditional waivers for the purpose of terminating his contract.
Kondelik, 23, was selected in the fourth round by the Predators in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and joined their organization towards the end of the 2021-22 season after completing four years at UConn in the NCAA.
In 38 games with the AHL's Milwaukee Admirals last season, the Hannover, Germany native had 11 points (five goals, six assists), 22 penalty minutes and was a minus-two.
If Kondelik clears unconditional waivers on Sunday afternoon, which is expected, he'll become an unrestricted free agent and able to sign with any other organization or in Europe.
