Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz has been dealing with some controversy as of late, and fans have wondered if Craig Berube would take action.
Anthony Stolarz got himself into a bit of trouble this past weekend after he ripped his Toronto Maple Leafs teammates to shreds after a loss to the Seattle Kraken.
Players like Brandon Carlo and William Nylander were indirectly targeted during this rant, and there were some who felt the comments to be out of line.
Head coach Craig Berube even made it clear that he doesn't want this kind of stuff to go public, as it is bad for the locker room and team chemistry.
With that being said, there have been some fears that Stolarz might face a bit of punishment for what he said, especially with the Leafs playing the New Jersey Devils tonight.

Well, as it turns out, Anthony Stolarz is entirely too important right now for the Leafs to punish in any sort of real, tangible way.

This is a good lineup, although the healthy scratch of Easton Cowan is certainly going to have some fans upset.
Either way, this will be a good opportunity for Anthony Stolarz to get his team back on track, once and for all.
A win against the Devils would do wonders for team morale, and we're sure the fanbase would feel a lot better if this team could propel itself to 4-2-1.
