Anthony Stolarz Reveals the Truth About His Relationship with Joseph Woll

Toronto Maple Leafs goalie Anthony Stolarz has a year with the franchise under his belt, and it is clear that he is loving the totality of his experience so far.
Anthony Stolarz had a phenomenal debut season with the Toronto Maple Leafs, and it is very likely that he will be the starting goalie next season.
Of course, he will be splitting the time with none other than Joseph woll, who was a great second member of the Leafs goaltending tandem last season.
That said, no one really knows how Stolarz and Woll feel about one another. Thankfully, the former gave us some clarity recently.
Anthony Stolarz gets honest about Joseph Woll
During an interview with Toronto Sports Rush, Stolarz admitted just how great of a guy Joseph Woll truly is.
It's actually unbelievable, he's a great guy. We have the same agent so we got introduced almost immediately after we signed last year. I got to camp and we hit it off right away, me, him, Matt Murray, and even Hildeby, last year, we have a great relationship amongst all of us.
As for the competition between the two, Stolarz noted that both men have a common goal and they strive to achieve the best results possible.
We all want the same thing and we're pushing each other, but we don't really let that affect us off the ice. You can go out to dinner with them, hang out, walk around the mall on your day off. It's been a real treat.
This is exactly what you want to hear from your goalies, and this is great news for the Leafs going into next season.
If Stolarz and Woll are able to stay healthy, then there is no doubt that they will be able to steal some big wins for the Maple Leafs.
Hopefully, the Stolarz and Woll relationship continues to thrive, and there are no conflicts with both men trying to win the net.
