NHL & DAZN Announce New Broadcasting Partnership that Could Change Hockey Forever
With the NHL looking to expand worldwide, the league has announced a new broadcasting partnership with DAZN that is going to change the sport for the better.
Hockey is a worldwide sport that appeals to various countries. However, if you live outside of North America, it can be difficult to watch the games.
Now, the NHL is trying to change that as it will be migrating its NHL.tv product over to DAZN, one of the world's leaders in sports broadcasting.
Today, both sides announced a multi-year deal that will bring NHL games to over 200 countries.

This is one of those moves that could change the NHL forever, in a positive way.

Our shared commitment to innovation, gold standard technology and providing an exceptional content delivery service will allow us to deliver NHL content to hockey fans around the world on the platforms they prefer.
Only time will tell whether or not this turns out to be a real success, or a failed gimmick.
