The Toronto Maple Leafs season has come to an end in the most typical fashion and now that the offseason is in full swing, it should be expected that there will be wholesale changes from top to bottom with the possibility of management, player personnel and the coaching staff looking vastly different for the 2024-2025 season.
What is already know is that it has been announced that tomorrow(Monday) Sheldon Keefe as well as the players will be available to the media on which is typically locker clean out day. This is not unusual, and we should expect the usual rhetoric.
What has been bothersome for some time is how much the entire organization shrouds everything in secrecy. It wouldn't be a big deal however with the organizations repeated failures throughout the last eight years you would think they would try to be as transparent as possible with a fan base that continues to stick with them despite not giving them a reason too. The truth is, by Friday we should expect to have a better understanding as to where this team is heading into next season because the ongoing theatrics and clown games aren't something the people who have been waiting over half a century will put up with much longer.
