Toronto Maple Leafs Superstars React to Joseph Woll's Return to the Franchise

Joseph Woll is coming back to the Toronto Maple Leafs soon, and some of the team's biggest superstars are giving their opinions on this incredible news.
For the first few weeks of the NHL season, the Toronto Maple Leafs have been without goaltender Joseph Woll, who has been on a leave of absence.
Woll's departure from the team has been tough to handle, especially since Anthony Stolarz has been forced to play seven of the first eight games of the season.
However, on Friday, it was revealed that Woll is officially making his return, and that he will get to ramp up on ice activity over the course of the next week.
Maple Leafs react to Joseph Woll's comeback
After a loss to the Buffalo Sabres on Friday night, Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube was asked about the return of his goaltender. As you can imagine, he is enthusiastic.
We're so happy to have him back
Auston Matthews shared a similarsentiment, noting how he is glad to see that Woll is doing better, and that he is a huge part of the franchise.

Anthony Stolarz is also amped up about this, especially since it means he will finally get a break following a crowded start to the year.
Could be a huge spark, could give us a little energy. Just seeing his face around the room is going to be exciting
While it will take Woll a couple of weeks to get back up to speed, it is just nice to see him back with the franchise.
