Brayden Schenn Headhunting? It's Not As Rare As You Think
In the 1st period of Game 3, St. Louis Blues Brayden Schenn was penalized for charging Minnesota Wild Defenseman Jacob Middleton.
This was at the 5:22 mark after Ville Husso came in clutch on a Jordan Greenway breakaway.
Brayden Schenn is shown charging into Middleton after he cycles the puck out of the Wild's end. Schenn has a history of being dirty and this time was no different.
You can clearly see Schenn come off his feet and lead with his elbow and forearm at the 0:35 second mark in the video.
Here we see another example of Schenn's dirty hits in his time with the Flyers and Asham, shouldn't have cross-checked him but made him answer the bell in a different way.

The Wild would go on to win, despite the St. Louis Blues only managing to produce a goal, by Ryan O'Reilly with an assist by Colton Parayko on the Power-Play.
