Breaking News - NHL announces Boston Bruins' opponent for Winter Classic at Fenway Park
It was already known that the Boston Bruins would be hosting the 2023 Winter Classic at Fenway Park. Today Hockey Insider, Kevin Weekes, revealed the opponent the Bruins will be facing in the 2023 Winter Classic, is the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The Winter Classic will be played on January 2nd, 2023 at Fenway Park. The two teams have played only once so far this season. Pittsburgh beat Boston on February 8th, 4-2.
This will be the 2nd time that Fenway Park hosted a Winter Classic. The Bruins hosted the Philadelphia Flyers on January 1st, 2010. The Bruins won the game in OT 2-1. The recorded attendance was 38,112.
