Breaking News - Sonny Milano finally signs a contract
Sonny Milano is seen as a very valuable depth piece for many teams, which made it all that much more surprising that he hadn't signed a deal with a new team. But concussion issues in the past have reportedly scared teams off from making him any sort of offer. That left the 26-year-old with very few options.
According to Elliotte Friedman, Milano has finally found a team willing to accept him to training camp.

The Flames quickly confirmed the signing themselves.
Milano will attend training camp on a professional tryout with the Flames. Last season in Anaheim in 66 games he put up 34 points including 14 goals. While shocking that Milano hasn't been able to secure a guaranteed contract, it will be interesting to see if he can find a home in Calgary.
If he is able to make the Flames this will be Milano's 3rd NHL franchise.
