Cale Makar injures his leg after crashing hard into the goal post
Cale Makar is one of the games brightest young stars and is one of the must watch players of the future. That's why you hate to see a scene where Makar is forced to limp off the ice.
At the end of the 1st period in tonight's game 2, Makar lost an edge and awkwardly crashed into his own goal post. On the play Makar's leg which is already awkwardly bent slams hard into the post.
Makar remained down on the ice for a brief time before getting himself to the bench. Makar missed the remainder of the period but returned for the beginning of the second.
