Connor Bedard forgets a very important piece of equipment ahead of NHL regular season debut
Tonight Connor Bedard made one of the most highly anticipated NHL debuts in recent memory. The generational talent has been dazzling fans all preseason long, but tonight for the first time in his pro career, it really matters.
As expected ahead of tonight's game of the focus was on Bedard as he got set to face off against his childhood hero, Sidney Crosby. Before the game began it appears that Bedard may have allowed the nerve to get the best of him. As he was about to take to the ice Bedard forgot a very important piece of equipment.
Bedard is seen frantically searching for his stick, which he'd forgotten. Luckily Bedard was able to find it and was able to make it to the opening faceoff, where is childhood dreams came true.
