David Pastrnak's agent addresses rumors about his future in Boston
The Boston Bruins have made some major organizational changes in recent weeks, since being eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Carolina Hurricanes, first Bruce Cassidy and now potentially, David Pastrnak?
There have been rumours circulating that Pastrnak is unhappy in Boston and has formally requested a trade, but that might not be the case.
According to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet, Pastrnak's agent JP Barry, the plan is for the B's star and General Manager, Don Sweeney to sit down later in July to discuss an extension, and jumping to conclusions would be bad form.
Is the writing on the wall for Pastrnak in Boston? It doesn't sound like things are going too great for the star right now. Is he unhappy? Or are these just off-season rumours that an agent is fueling?
