Scott Darling took the NHL by storm in the 2014-15 NHL season, helping the Chicago Blackhawks win the 2015 Stanley Cup. After a couple more successful years in Chicago, he would be moved to Carolina where he would never recapture that same magic.
In his short but relatively good career, he was rather positive, but, it turns out, he loathes this particular NHL city.
According to Puck Empire, Darling hated the city of St. Louis, take a look:
it's the worst city in the country, worst place to play, and was the first team on my no trade clause
Tell us how you really feel, Scott. As a well travelled pro in North America who has lived and seen a lot of cities (12 to be exact) one is allowed to have preferences.
In this case, it appears his hatred for St. Louis knows no bounds. With a career in standup on the rise, will we see jokes about St. Louis in his sets? It would seem that way.
