Former UFC Fighter arrested and charged with murder

According to Tribuna De La Bahia, police located Baroni's girlfriend naked and unresponsive in bed covered by a sheet. Police noticed bruises and marks all over her face and body. When authorities inspected Baroni's body, they noticed redness on his hands and marks on his hands.

Baroni reportedly contacted police himself and admitted to being under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Baroni also admits he was upset after his girlfriend had slept with another man. An autopsy is pending to provide a cause of death.

Baroni hasn't fought professionally since 2019 and finished his career with a 16-19 record.
