Tonight that means attemping to get Captain, Mark Stone off of LTIR. Stone has been out of the lineup with a back injury since February was placed on long term injured reserve to help ease some of the Golden Knights' salary cap issues.
Head coach, Peter DeBoer has confirmed that captain Mark Stone will be game-time decision for tonight's contest against the Vancouver Canucks.
If Stone does play tonight, the Golden Knights will have to do some cap clearing as they have just $5 million in space to accommodate Stone's $9.5 million salary.
It appears Vegas has made the following changes to get cap compliant.
