Jimmy Vesey helped off the ice after awkward collision
During tonight's Panthers versus Devil's game, Jimmy Vesey appeared to suffer a very significant injury. On the play during the second period, Vesey attempts to check Braden Schneider, but Vesey appears to awkwardly wobble before falling to the ice in significant pain.
Vesey attempted to make his way to the bench, but he is unable to do so. Vesey was eventually assisted down the tunnel towards the medical room.
Vesey has 14 points this season in 65-games for the New Jersey Devils. Hopefully Vesey is able to return this season as he looks to extend his NHL career.
