John Tortorella On the All Star Game: 'I don't give a s***'
When your team lacks identity, structure, and meaningful talent you may be the Philadelphia Flyers. Rebuild aside, John Tortorella is in the 1st year of a 4 year deal in Philadelphia.
However, his comments on the All-Star Game really sound curmudgeonly at this point.
John Tortorella goes on to explain how little he cares about the All-Star Game: "The whole weekend, I don't even watch it. I don't give a shit,". It sounds like your typical Tortorella soundbite again.
I have to stop and thank Tortorella for giving us endless material here, his antiquated attitude is really on display here. The Philadelphia Flyers have sent Kevin Hayes as a representative and it is amazing that the Flyers have had anyone to send, as an offensively anemic squad.
In the long run, it really goes to show maybe in Columbus he really did have a better team built, because the Chuck Fletcher and John Tortorella combination is a failure.
