Johnny Gaudreau gets a cold response from the Calgary crowd upon his return
Tonight Johnny Gaudreau made his long awaited return to the Saddledome in Calgary. After signing this summer with the Columbus Blue Jackets tonight was marked on many Flames' fans calendars. During the game began Gaudreau was welcomed with a tribute and a mixed reaction from the crowd.
During the 1st period Gaudreau received a penalty shot and the crowd reacted exactly how you might think. As Gaudreau approached the puck a chorus of boos filled the arena.
Gaudreau went onto miss his penalty shot much to enjoyment of the Calgary crowd.
