Keegan Kolesar and Andreas Englund drop the mitts for a spirited tilt
In case you missed the game between the Colorado Avalanche and the Vegas Golden Knights, there was a spirited fight between Keegan Kolesar and Andreas Englund in the first period. While the puck was in the Colorado zone, Englund gave Kolesar a slight cross check or two and then a slash just inside the Colorado blueline. Kolesar decided he had enough and both players dropped the gloves. Check out the replay below for the fight it's worth seeing.
This was a pretty good scrap between two good-sized players. Englund is six foot three inches and Kolesar is listed at six foot two inches. Both players landed some punches and Kolesar seemed to get Englund pretty good with an upper cut to his chin. After the fight everyone, seemed OK and they were applauded for their efforts both by the players and by the fans. It's not every day you see a hockey fight anymore. It was good to see these two go at it.
