The Toronto Maple Leafs have been a hot topic of late especially when it comes to goaltending. With Leafs Nation having serious salary cap issues, many believe that Leaf's General Manager Kyle Dubas is going to have to get creative to find a replacement for ending unrestricted free agent Jack Campbell.
Jack Campbell is expected to receive a multi-year deal north of $5 million per season, a figure the Maple Leafs apparently aren't comfortable offering. Fleury's expected salary is believed to be between $4.5 to $5 million dollars annually not a bad price at all for a three time winning Stanley Cup goaltender.
The Colorado Avalanche, Edmonton Oilers and Minnesota Wild all have varying degrees of interest. But Fleury has reportedly made it clear he doesn't want to play in Edmonton. Colorado is expected to try and re-sign Darcy Kuemper, but if they're unable to do so they'll turn to Fleury.
