On Friday night the Western Conference's last place, Arizona Coyotes took on the playoff bound, Nashville Predators. The Nashville Predators came into the game looking to bounce back after receiving bad news about their number one goaltender Juuse Saros. A single point in this game would mean the Predators would avoid playing the Colorado Avalanche in the 1st round.
With the Predators leading the game 4-0, the Coyotes would respond with a goal of their own. But as soon as the puck crossed the goal line, Mark Borowiecki dropped the gloves with, Arizona Coyotes' rookie Bokondji Imama.
Imama, the 25-year-old rookie would hold his own against Borowiecki, but it's clearly that Borowiecki won this fight.
Both players received 5-minute majors for fighting on the play. Arizona would go on to make a full comeback winning the game 5-4 and forcing Nashville into a match up with the Colorado Avalanche to start the playoffs.
