Multiple players disappear from NHL rosters sending fans into a frenzy
With the National Hockey League off-season in full swing and with players starting to sign and re-sign with clubs, there's a lot of moving parts. It appears however, that notable names are missing from their NHL team rosters.
With that being pointed out, it has sent fans into a panic, with names like Ilya Samsonov, Alex DeBrincat, Erik Branstrom and Cody Glass being left off their teams roster pages; take a look:
Some of these names being left off roster pages makes sense as they are Restricted Free Agents like Samsonov, but others are certainly a lot more head scratching, like Cody Glass, who just signed an extension with the Nashville Predators.
This could mean that movement is coming in cases like DeBrincat, who is reportedly close to being dealt in a sign and trade. Whichever way you look at it, it's off that established NHLers are not on roster pages and fans have a right to be concerned.
