Eventually they get back up, but number 40 seems to be absolutely losing his mind over what happened. He continues taking swings at the linesman. The official tries to get him off the ice. The two push a bit as they skate to the boards. Then the 13-year-old goes on the offensive again, taking and landing some big swings.
I don't care who you are, at what age, if you do something like this, you shouldn't be allowed to play the game of hockey at a competitive level ever again.
