Player dangerously takes skate inadvertently to the face

There's been a concerning trend in the game of hockey this year with the uptick of players getting injured by accidentally getting cut by the opposing players skates.

The latest example of this is yesterday was yesterday in the KHL between Sochi and AkBars; take a look.

Carolina Hurricanes prospect, Alexander Perevalov takes a skate to the face from Dmitri Yudin after it appears Perevalov pushes Yudin from behind causing his skate to come up and catch him in the face.

The good thing here is that the skate does not appear Perevalov in the throat by rather near his face. Hopefully it's not too serious as this could've been a lot worse then it ended up being
