Ryan Hartman appears to have his shoulder pop out during a scrap with Jarred Tinordi (Video)
Ryan Hartman is a fan favourite in Minnesota. He plays the game the right way and isn't afraid to drop the gloves even when he's giving up a considerable size advantage. Unfortunately for Hartman a freak injury appears to have slowed down Hartman's momentum.
During last night's game against the Chicago Blackhawks, Hartman tried to drop the gloves with Jarred Tinordi. As the two tie up it appears Tinordi get a good grip on Hartman. As the two spin Hartman tries to throw a punch but misses. That's when Tinordi pulls hard on Hartman's jersey and Hartman falls to the ice.
It appears that Hartman's shoulder immediately pops out, and to Tinordi's credit he immediately backs off and doesn't do any unnecessary damage to Hartman.
Hartman left the game and did not return. The Wild confirmed that the injury was an upper body issue, but didn't provide any further details about the injury. With Marcus Foligno already out of the lineup, the Wild will have to weather the storm of injuries and test their depth.
