Semyon Varlamov makes the save of the year
Seymon Varlamov made his second start since returning from injury tonight against the Vegas Golden Knights. During the 2nd period of tonight's game Varlamov made what will likely be one of the best saves of the year.
As the puck trickles to Reilly Smith, he looks up and sees a wide open net. As Smith looks to bury the puck, Varlamov dives across the net out of complete desperation and makes an unbelievable save.
This save allowed the game to remain tied at 1 and the score has remained that way late into the 3rd.
