The Tampa Bay Lightning were on the road in Colorado for game 5 of the Stanley Cup final, but as always the Lightning host viewing parties inside their home arena during away playoff games.
This one seems to be a little different however, they had the game on the jumbotron like always, but also had the game simulated on the ice service below as well according to Cork Gaines
It seems the Lightning used simulated player tracking technology to project the game onto the Amalie Arena ice.
With all technological advancements in the game today, this is one of those ones that are really interesting and it could add another layer to the fan experience.
