Toronto's New Guy Not Happy With One Thing About Being A Leaf
Veteran and well known face puncher around the league Ryan Reaves has been enjoying his early time in Toronto so far. The team was on the ice for the second day in a row for practice.
Depending on the organization, some teams like to have music playing during practice, with Toronto being one of those teams. Reaves told the media today that he is a fan of the tunes playing during practice but admitted that the style of music today was off.
The music played at practice today was EDM, (Electronic Dance Music) which Reaves isn't a fan of.
"You need a lights show if you are going to blast EDM."
Toronto management felt the group was too quiet and needed someone to come in and inject some life into the room at times. Reaves certainly can do that with his fun loving, loud, outgoing personality.
The player tasked with controlling the AUX cord last season Michael Bunting, signed with the Carolina Hurricanes this offseason. If Reaves wants the AUX cord nobody in the Toronto locker room will be fighting him for it.
