Meanwhile, the man charged with hitting and killing Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau made his second court appearance in the case on Thursday. Sean Higgins' appearance was short, and he was remanded into custody until another hearing on September 13. Among the charges Higgins is facing are two counts of "death by auto." According to a police report, Higgins told officers at the scene that he's had "five or six beers" before getting behind the wheel.
