The Toronto Maple Leafs are firmly in 3 place in the Atlantic but there is certainly something going around the locker room, multiple players are battling an illness, most recently forward Tyler Bertuzzi has been stricken with whatever the illness is that was noticeable when the team was in Washington.
Now, according to David Alter of Sports Illustrated and the NHL Network, head coach Sheldon Keefe has said Tyler Bertuzzi is a game time decision against the Edmonton Oilers; take a look.
Tyler Bertuzzi is officially a game-time decision tonight but all indications appear to be him sitting out.
It'll be �Bert's call', according to Keefe.
Bertuzzi, 29, had a sluggish start to the season to be sure, but has picked up his play as of late. In 67 games this season, Bertuzzi has scored 15 goals and added 19 assists for a total of 34 points.
We'll see if Bertuzzi misses the game tonight, but right now, it's not looking too promising. If he does miss the game, the Leads have a few massive holes to fill
