I think we can all agree that with the training camp around the corner in the NHL season getting set to begin the one thing we all miss is hockey. We miss the fights and the physical play, along with the animosity and adrenaline.
When a fight breaks out between two teams, no matter the sport, it reminds us that hockey is better, but that this will have to do.
Last night in the fourth quarter between the Los Angeles, Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders there was a massive fight after stoppage that took quite some time to sort out.
Usually in football because there's so much more physical play on any given down emotions typically are kept in check after plays. Not this time. The play stopped and two players started throwing punches at each other before the rest of their teams could jump in.
Like I said, this isn't quite a hockey fight, but it is a reminder that hockey season is right around the corner and that should be exciting to all
