Keeper of the cup reveals extensive summer travel schedule with the Cup

Winning the Stanley Cup has to be one of the greatest achievements in professional sports, but what happens after the season is over for the team that hoists the Cup? The Keeper of the Cup has let us in on how busy the travel schedule is, specifically on the Cup's European tour.

According to Pritchard on his X account, the European Tour just wrapped up and he along with the Cup has wracked up insane miles.

Let's be honest here, every fan had to know that Pritchard would be busy in the off-season, but I don't think anyone realized just how busy it would be. Being able to travel around to as many countries as he has, it would be amazing to be able to see different cities and parts of the world. However, all that travel must be tiring as well.

If that's just the travel and distances logged on the European tour, it's hard to imagine what the rest of the summer looks like for Pritchard and the cup itself.

Even still, having your job be to take care of the most prized possession in North American sports must be rewarding nonetheless.
