Panthers coach Paul Maurice called out his goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky after the Panthers dropped Game 4 against the Hurricanes.

The Florida Panthers are going to have to wait at least one more game to punch their ticket to their 3rd straight Stanley Cup Final.
The Carolina Hurricanes spoiled their plans of a celebration with the Prince of Wales Trophy for the Eastern Conference Championship after winning 3-0 on Monday night; the series now goes back to Carolina for Game 5 on Wednesday.
It's the 2nd time that the Panthers were shut out on home ice in their last 3 games dating back to the previous round in Game 6 against the Toronto Maple Leafs, though Florida solved that problem quickly with 6 goals in Game 7.
Panthers coach Paul Maurice had words for goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky, albeit in a lighthearted and joking manner, when talking about the last pair of goals that the Hurricanes scored (into an empty net).
I didn't like the last two at all, his gap was horse***t. The 1st one was a hell of a shot, he made 2 or 3 other real big saves. It wasn't a high event game around the net....there wasn't an awful lot of action.

Bobrovsky allowed only Logan Stankoven's wicked snap shot in the 2nd period, a perfectly placed laser past his blocker.
He's 11-5 with an impressive 2.05 GAA and .914 SV% along with 3 shutouts so far in the postseason for Florida.
The Hurricanes also ended a bit of negative history that their franchise had been experiencing, winning their 1st ECF game since 2006 and snapping a 15-game losing skid.
