Ugly Scene as Panthers Fan Flips Off and Pours Drink on Kasperi Kapanen After Blowout Win

Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals was complete and total domination from the Florida Panthers, as they not only physically took it to their opponents, but they also decimated them on the scoreboard, going up 2-1 in the series with a massive 6-1 victory on the back of another impressive Sam Bennett performance.

While plenty of fans handled the victory with class and simply celebrated in the arena, some took it to another level, as some fans were seen on video berating Kasperi Kapanen as he left the ice, even being caught pouring a drink over the Edmonton Oilers veteran.

In reaction to the unnecessary act, Kapanen was seen flipping the bird to several fans, and while players will always try and remain professional under any circumstances, it's safe to say that no one will blame him for his reaction to this situation.

While things were incredibly chippy, physical and intense on the ice, the fans should never take it upon themselves to act like this towards opposing players, and this could end up resulting in disciplinary action for the fan in question.

Ultimately, fans, especially in the Stanley Cup Finals are trying to create an atmosphere to help their team gain an advantage over their opponents, and the Panthers fans did just that on Monday as they were electric all night watching their team dominate, but under no circumstances should this have happened, and now we will wait to hear more about this situation moving forward.
