Love him or hate him, Jeremy Roenick has some credibility when it comes to playing the sport of hockey. The nine-time All-Star, and one of the greatest American-born players of all time, knows a thing or two about playing in the NHL. In a new interview, Roenick let it be known he has little respect for current NHLer Pierre-Luc Dubois.

Roenick was asked about his thoughts on playing in LA, where he spent part of his prolific NHL career. Roenick said he hopes Dubois is finally happy with where he's playing, or LA GM Rob Blake will be in a lot of trouble.

"Dubois has done nothing by f--king complain. He wanted to leave Columbus because he didn't get along with [head coach John] Tortorella. Wah, wah, wah. Then he didn't want to play in Winnipeg because Winnipeg's too cold and I don't want to be up here because it's too small of a building, it's not a big hockey market for me, and wah, wah, wah." - Jeremy Roenick

Roenick went on to praise Dubois for his play, but did not let up on his initial criticism.

"You know what? Dubois better live up to his eight-year, $68 million contract that the LA Kings gave him because he can be a difference-maker. He's a very good player. He's got to show some consistency. And I think a lot of his lack of consistency is because he's spent to much time b--ching and crying about where he's playing and who he's playing for."

"I hope for their sake Dubois wises-up, and starts playing the way he is capable of playing, and enjoys life playing hockey for the first time instead of b--ching and whining.

Even though he played in LA for just one season, Roenick said he's a big fan of the team and the city, adding the fans are among the best in hockey.
