NHL insider Frank Seravalli recently revealed some new information on the explosive Mika Zibanejad trade rumors, and it appears he's happy playing in New York.
NHL insider Frank Seravalli also recently shared the same opinion, stating that
Zibanejad is content in New York and not leaving.
"I haven't heard Mika Zibanejad's name out there; he's made it clear he doesn't have interest in moving anyways."

Rumors picked up speed after the Rangers traded veteran forward
Chris Kreider to the Anaheim Ducks, which suggested a possible roster reshuffling.
Irma appeared perplexed by the recent trade rumors, questioning if recent reporting in the media had any merit. One of the largest contributors to the rumor mill was the couple's $13 million sale of their West Village townhouse.
Zibanejad just purchased a new home in New York, a sign he's staying
But they've since purchased a new house in New York, and Mika recently met with new head coach Mike Sullivan, clearly not the action of someone who's not planning to remain with the team.
"We just had Mika's new coach [Mike Sullivan] here at our home; he flew over from New York recently," Irma said. "We also just got our new home in New York.
"I'm always shocked about how newspapers just spread things without considering the source."
Irma's comments follow a story last week from The Athletic's Arthur Staple, who surmised that the team and Zibanejad "may have worked things out" regarding a potential trade.
Staple also suggested the 32-year-old center is now more likely to waive his no-move clause.
Zibanejad has five years left on his eight-year, $68 million deal with a complete no-trade clause. He scored 58 points in 80 regular-season games last season.
