Ottawa Senators Reveal Game 2 Lineup Against the Toronto Maple Leafs

Tonight is a huge game between the Ottawa Senators and the Toronto Maple Leafs and there is no doubt that the NHL Playoffs keep getting better and better.

Game 2 between the Ottawa Senators and the Toronto Maple Leafs is going to be very important for a whole host of reasons.

Of course, the Leafs are trying to take a 2-0 series lead while the Senators are trying to tie the series up at 1-1. It is a must-win for both parties.

However, the Senators are going to have to be more disciplined if they want to win and the Toronto Maple Leafs are going to have to play a full 60 minutes.

Ottawa Senators field a new lineup against the Toronto Maple Leafs

Ahead of tonight's game, the Senators took to the ice for morning skate and it was here where they got to prepare their team and the lineup.

Aa we reported, Ridly Greig is not in the lineup and neither is Nick Jensen. As a result, Travis Hamonic and Nick Cousins are coming in.

This is some bad news for the Senators who now have to deal with a depleted roster against a Toronto Maple Leafs team that is ready to go.

Overall, Game 2 is going to be a true battle and a true test of grit. Both teams are good but the Leafs certainly have the edge in experience.

Furthermore, the Maple Leafs have proven that they stay out of the box, something that has been instilled by head coach Craig Berube. Penalties will be a factor tonight.

Only time will tell whether or not the Leafs can prove themselves and go up 2-0 in a series for the first time in the last 10 years.
