Among the names that could be moved by the Flyers in the next ten days are defencemen Nick Seeler and Sean Walker, the latter of whom who is reportedly expected to be traded very soon.
David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period reported on Tuesday that the Philadelphia Flyers are more likely to move Walker before March 8th and that as of 12 p.m. ET, there have been no talks on a contract extension between the two sides.
According to Anthony Di Marco of The Fourth Period, he was told by a Western Conference team that they believe Sean Walker will be dealt 'sooner rather than later'.
The cost to acquire Sean Walker could be extremely high, as it was reported earlier this month by Frank Seravalli that the Philadelphia Flyers are seeking a first-round pick as part of the return.
Walker, 29, has appeared in 59 games this season for the Philadelphia Flyers, who acquired him last summer from the Los Angeles Kings. In those 59 games, the Keswick, Ontario native has 21 points (five goals, 16 assists), 30 penalty minutes and is a plus-eight.
