Controversial Maple Leafs podcaster calls for the end of Morgan Rielly in Toronto

Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Morgan Rielly has been much more productive this season than last season, although his defensive prowess has been questionable.
Last season, Morgan Rielly had a disastrous season, as his production was among some of the worst of his entire career, while defensively, he was even worse.
This season, Rielly has 14 points in 17 games, which is a major improvement. Unfortunately, that has been the extent of his good play.
His defensive struggles have largely continued, and over the course of the team's four-game losing streak, Rielly has struggled to make a pass.
It has been so bad that controversial Leafs podcaster Steve Dangle is starting to lash out on his show, claiming that the Leafs may need to move on.
Steve Dangle is not happy with Morgan Rielly
In the clip below, Dangle and his co-hosts talk about how the Leafs defenseman has performed poorly as of late, and that something needs to be done.
Talks of Rielly being traded have persisted since last season, although his no-movement clause certainly makes this more difficult to pull off.
Having said that, there are fans and media members who are pushing for it. One has to wonder how this is all going to shake out.
The Maple Leafs are in a bit of a bind right now, as the team has not been good to start the season. They are on a four-game losing streak and are seventh in the Atlantic Division.
If they can get a win tonight against the Chicago Blackhawks, then a lot of fans are going to feel a lot better about the team's shortcomings.
However, if the Leafs don't win and Rielly plays poorly, then we could see a huge backlash from the fanbase.
