The Maple Leafs lost Game 3, but their fans are just as frustrated with the officials, as some have called for an investigation after a high shot on John Tavares from veteran Evan Rodrigues that once again has fans in an uproar.

The Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers have become major rivals in recent years, and through three games of their Eastern Conference Semi-Finals matchup this season, things have been intense.
From major hits to concussion drama to not one, not two but three straight one-goal games, this has been an incredible series to date, and now, Maple Leafs fans are once again calling on the Department of Player Safety to get involved.
This time, it was for a brutal high shot on John Tavares from veteran forward Evan Rodrigues, who clearly caught the former Maple Leafs captain in the head, although he didn't appear to be too effected by it.
Immediately, Maple Leafs fans in the comment section were criticizing this for the missed call, with many suggesting that the officials should have made a call, and even suggesting a suspension should be on the way.
Thus far in this series, we've seen calls from both fans to punish their opposing players, but thus far it's all been settled on the ice, with the game winner from Brad Marchand giving the Panthers their first win in this Atlantic Division showdown.
Ultimately, it's very likely that this one goes unpunished as this brutal series continues on with the Maple Leafs now holding a very slim 2-1 lead in the series, and once again, the officials are making it clear that things will be settled on the ice.
