The Toronto Maple Leafs have an ECHL affiliate called the Cincinnati Cyclones, and the current ECHL strike has left their upcoming game postponed.

As it stands, ECHL players are currently on strike as they look to get more money. The players are underpaid, and they want to change that.
During the strike, games are being canceled and postponed. This is affecting all NHL affiliates, including the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Leafs are linked up with the Cincinnati Cyclones, and on Friday night, they were supposed to play the Kalamazoo Wings.
Now, this game is set to be postponed due to the strike. The Cyclones announced this news on their website.
The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud ECHL affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced that the scheduled game for tonight (Friday, December 26) at Heritage Bank Center has been postponed as a result of the ECHL Player Strike. Both teams will make every effort to make up this game and those details will be announced at a later date. We're working to have a team on the ice for our next regularly scheduled game.
The team also linked to the ECHL's statement on the matter, which showcases how players were unable to take a vote.
Unfortunately, union leaders deprived players of the opportunity to vote on our last, best, and final offer - an offer that would dramatically raise player salaries by 20 percent in the first year, boost the per-diem rate, guarantee more off days, and expand the top-of-the-line equipment available to players. We did everything possible to avoid this outcome, and hope that the union leadership will drop its unworkable scheduling demands, let the players vote on our offer, and make it possible for players to return to work.

Can fans get refunds?

The Cyclones have made it clear that tickets purchased on Ticketmaster and through their box office are refundable.
In fact, the vast majority of buyers for tonight's game are protected, while other tickets will be transferred to another game or held on reserve until tonight's game is rescheduled.
Needless to say, this is a stressful situation for the players and the league at large.
