Mitch Marner Flips Out at Toronto Maple Leafs Teammates in Never-Before-Seen Footage

Mitch Marner's final playoff series with the Toronto Maple Leafs came in May of 2025, when the team lost in seven games to the Florida Panthers.

That Game 7 loss was embarrassing, and it proved to be Marner's last time in a Leafs jersey. He went on to sign with the Las Vegas Golden Knights, where we are still waiting for his debut.

Meanwhile, his final game in a Leafs jersey continues to haunt fans in Toronto. After all, we got the infamous clip of him yelling at his teammates with completely dry hair.

Now, thanks to the latest trailer for Amazon Prime's 'Faceoff: Inside the NHL,' we have a new Marner clip that is certainly going to set off a cycle of discourse.

This time, it all takes place inside the Leafs' locker room, presumably during that Panthers series. Once again, Marner can be seen flipping out on his teammates, showcasing just how upset he is with their effort. If only he had gotten mad at himself, perhaps the Leafs would have fared better.

Ultimately, if you are a Toronto Maple Leafs fan, there is a very good chance that this clip is going to make you upset, as it is more proof that Marner was performative at times with the team.

Furthermore, it is just going to remind you of how the Maple Leafs end up wasting a golden opportunity to find themselves in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Moving forward, forgetting about Marner is going to be hard to do, unless, of course, he manages to have a bad season while the Leafs succeed like nothing ever happened.
