Toronto Maple Leafs Reveal When Max Domi Will Likely Make His Preseason Debut
Max Domi has missed the start of Toronto Maple Leafs training camp with a bit of an injury, although it appears as though a comeback is on the horizon.
Going into this season, the stakes are higher than ever for Max Domi, especially since the forward will start the season on the first line.
Next to Auston Matthews and Matthew Knies, the expectation will be for him to be productive. If he is anything less than that, fans will show displeasure.
Max Domi is ready for the Toronto Maple Leafs season
Thankfully, it does seem like Domi will be back on the ice very soon. According to Luke Fox, it could happen as soon as this Saturday.
The Leafs have a preseason game, and this is the perfect opportunity for Domi to get back on the ice.
At practice on Thursday, Domi actually assumed his rightful place on the line with Auston Matthews and Matthew Knies.
This is a strong indication that the forward will get to play a game with his future linemates soon enough.
