It's Saturday night with the Pittsburgh Penguins in Toronto to face the Maple Leafs, and things got heated almost right away.
With not even five minutes gone in the first period, the Pens John Ludvig knocked down the Leafs' Max Domi, and Matthew Knies didn't like it at all. He decided to shove his stick into Ludvig's back a couple of times until he was angry enough to drop the gloves. It didn't take long.
Knies also picked up a goal in the game.
Given the history with Kyle Dubas, it would certainly be interesting if these two teams met in the playoffs. Pittsburgh would have to improve considerably before the end of the season to make that happen.
