A brawl breaks out at senior men's hockey game in Quebec , mayhem follows
Senior hockey isn't for the faint of heart, most times, those games get more action in them than any other, especially if we're talking about fights. Most players who play senior hockey have nothing to lose and want to prove something, one way to do that is by fighting. This can often lead to bench clearing brawls
Case in point, last night, a Quebec Senior League game got out of hand, so much so that it looks like everyone on and off the bench got involved in what would turn out to be a brawl for the ages, take a look:
Video - General fight in the middle of a league hockey match @_LHSAAAQ in Plessisville. The @sureteduquebec has been called. At the same location two weeks ago, there was a violent fight in the stands during a junior AA game. @tvanouvelles
It looks like the officials are initially trying to keep more than one fight from breaking out, until players start to square off in every direction and it turns into utter chaos.
Once the dam breaks, so to speak, players start jumping in from every direction and the situation just keeps on escalating from there.
According to the above tweet, things were so bad, the police were called.
I've known senior hockey to get out of hand more often than not, but I don't think I've seen anything quite like this
