Anna Kane joins Wild fans and helps Ryan Hartman pay his fine for flipping off her ex-husband
Today the NHL announced that Ryan Hartman had been fined for flipping off Evander Kane after a scrum in last night's Wild versus Oilers game. The fine which totaled $4,250 isn't much, especially for Hartman who is making $1,700,000 per season.
But that didn't stop Minnesota Wild fans from taking to the internet to make things right for Hartman. In classic Minnesota hockey fashion, the Wild fan base is making sure to take care of Hartman's fine for him, while also providing a special message for Evander Kane in the process.
Well it turns out for at least one night Anna Kane, Evander's ex-wife is a Wild fan as well. As his ex-wife also joined fans in assisting Hartman pay the fine. She shared the following on her Instagram story this afternoon:
Fans paying this fine might just be the most Minnesotan thing you'll see this year in the NHL. I think we can all hope though that somehow the Wild and Oilers meet at some point during the playoffs. I'm sure Anna Kane wouldn't mind watching Hartman and Evander drop the gloves either.
