Brayden Point's injury finally revealed and it's gruesome
When Brayden Point went down along the boards against the Toronto Maple Leafs, it was clear the injury was severe. Point tried to play through the injury, but was limited to one additional shift before finishing the game on the bench.
But despite the injury it didn't stop Point from appearing in 2 games in the Stanley Cup Finals. How he was capable to do that, is beyond me. Especially after the nature of his injury was revealed.
According to multiple media outlets point suffered a "significant tear to his quad."
It's amazing the toughness that Point was able to show as he chases his 3rd Stanley Cup.
